Trade associations
A recommended privacy-first solution that matches your guideline, with a member price. Your association chooses commission or a member discount once, when the agreement is signed.
What you earn
- 20% of the subscription fee your client pays, for 12 months from their first paid invoice. The base is the amount actually paid, after discount and excluding VAT; usage overage and prepaid top-ups are not included.
- Associations can choose the members' option instead: members get 10% off for their first 12 months and no commission is paid.
- 15% of our integration fee, once, when you send a client to us for the integration. We never offer our integration service to a client you brought.
What your client gets
10% off the subscription for the first 3 months when they enter your partner code at checkout. A company gets one discount only; discounts never stack.
The plugin is built so iDIN's successors (EUDI wallet, itsme) arrive through the same integration.
How payment works
- Each paid invoice of a client you referred creates a commission entry. It becomes payable 60 days after the payment if it was not refunded or disputed.
- A refund or chargeback after payout is deducted from your next payout.
- Payouts run monthly. Below €50, the balance rolls over to the next month.
- You receive a monthly statement and invoice us for the payable total, with the reverse-charge mention ("BTW verlegd"). We pay by SEPA transfer.
- Businesses only: you need a KvK, VAT or RCS number. We do not work with private individuals.
The rules
- Tell people you earn a commission when you recommend eIDAS Pro. This applies to associations too.
- Do not promise more legal compliance than eIDAS Pro itself states.
- Do not bid on the eIDAS Pro brand in search ads.
- The first partner code a client enters is final. Clients cannot switch partners.
- Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' notice. Commission already earned stays payable.
